Job description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Content Creator / Digital Marketing Specialist at Access Members in New York, NY. The role involves creating and curating engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube. Additionally, this role will help manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze data for insights and collaborate with the founding team on growth marketing initiatives as we grow our membership base.

Job responsibilities

Content Production & Strategy: Create compelling and engagement content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube that drives brand awareness and member engagement.
Multimedia Expertise: Produce static designs, motion graphics, animations and edit high-quality video content.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital campaigns that showcase our brand's unique voice and value proposition for individual consumers and businesses.
Brand Building: Collaborate with our founders to craft and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints with high quality creative assets.

What We're Looking For:

4+ years experience in digital marketing or content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across all the major social media outlets
Expertise in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, Figma, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Blender).
Proven ability to produce static designs, animation, and high quality video content.
Track record of building engaged audiences and scaling digital presence
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, excited to build and lead a marketing function from the ground up at a rapidly growing seed-stage startup

SEO Optimization experience
Webflow design & development
Startup experience in B2C technology, marketplaces, food & beverage or hospitality sectors.
